Images are taken by the GMS satellite every hour. This is the latest image. All images are in "jpeg" format and presented in GMT time. Thus, the time shown in the image is 7 hours before current time in Thailand.

All images for specific date will be presented. Users have to enter the selected date in the box below. It is noted that the date is determined to GMT reference and the first image in these archive was on August 4, 1997.

Animation of weather images in 1, 3, 7 and 14 days
Images are sequentially played to perform weather change respective to time. Pre-generated animation illustrated present date with 3, 7 and 14 days backward.

Users may select interested previous time span to learn historical weather in particular period. This animation is not pre-generated so it consumes time.

Users have to enter the start time and the end time of the desired time span (1). Then select which hours the animation will be generated (2). Users can choose to animate every 1 day for rendering all days, or 2 or more days to skip days in the animation (3). Users may specify the maximum size of the animation that they are willing to download (4), since generating large animation takes long time and much space. Finally click on "Create MPEG" to view the animation (5).
